By accessing or using our website, services, or purchasing any of our photography products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. These Terms apply to all users of the website and services ordered via mail, website or social media, including but not limited to clients, browsers, vendors, and customers. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services and website.

RiderShots Pistovcak Photography specializes in equestrian sports and automotive event photography. Services include but are not limited to:

Photography sessions

Event coverage

Sale of digital and physical photography products

Licensing of photographs

Marketing & Social media Management

Booking: Clients may book photography sessions through the website or by contacting me directly. A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm the booking. Full details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Payment Terms: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other available methods provided on the website or by the seller. Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Payment must be received before final delivery of services or products unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation: Clients may cancel bookings, but cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period and the type of session booked. Please refer to your specific booking details for more information.

Digital Photos: Final edited photographs ordered on website will be delivered digitally via an online gallery or download link. ( 1-2 days ) If you buy photos via mail or social media private request standard delivery time is 1-2 days. ( Orders completed and paid on weekend can be delivered on Monday.)

THE PHOTOGRAPHER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DELIVER PHOTOGRAPHS PURCHASED DURING THE COMPETITION ONLY AFTER THE CONCLUSION OF THE WEEKEND.

THE PHOTOGRAPHER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DELIVER - ALL PHOTOS ALBUMS & VIDEO CLIPS - WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

Delivery timelines for private photo shoots will be provided after the session.

Physical Prints: If prints or albums are ordered, shipping fees and timescales will be specified at the time of purchase.

Ownership: All photographs taken by RiderShots Pistovcak Photography remain the intellectual property of Ina Pistovcak unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

Personal Use License: Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the delivered photographs for personal use. Any commercial use of photographs without explicit permission is prohibited.

Commercial Use: For commercial usage of any photographs, a separate licensing agreement must be arranged, and additional fees may apply.

RiderShots Pistovcak Photography respects your privacy in accordance with Slovak law and the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data Collection: We collect personal data such as your name, contact information, and payment details to facilitate your booking and provide services.

Usage: Your data will be used only for the purpose of providing photography services, communication regarding bookings, and delivery of products. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

Event Access: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that RiderShotsPistovcak Photography has access to the event or venue to perform the contracted services.

Model Releases: Clients are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions or model releases for individuals appearing in the photographs, especially in cases of commercial usage.

RiderShots Pistovcak Photography is not liable for any delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond control, such as severe weather, illness, or travel restrictions.

Service Quality: While every effort is made to ensure the highest quality of photographs, some aspects may be affected by uncontrollable factors such as lighting conditions, venue limitations, or client preferences.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any loss or damage due to acts of God, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Slovak law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be handled by the courts of the Slovak Republic.

RiderShots Pistovcak Photography reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services or website after such changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
